User and Employe Management

2
i juse attached my project, in that i don't know how to fetch data from database based on input value.

When i enter empid, Automatically Username And Designation should be fetch in front end from database, and password can be entered by manually,

and dont know how to give link table based on designation.

Ex: If designation="Manager" then he should have access entire table,
If designatioin="Employee" then he should have access only Emplyoe table not to Batch Allocation Table.

Pls give me advice and Codings.

Thank You!
