Using VB6.5 in a Word - I'd like the user to choose yes or no from a dropbox

Hi there,

I'm creating a grant funding report form in a Word doc and using ActiveX fields so they look modern and enable answers to questions. It will be emailed to grantees to complete and return. I will then print it for grant panel members to read.

Using: MS Word 2003 and VB6.5
Skill level: I am not a programmer, but keen to learn and grateful for any advice offered.

Situation 1): LISTBOX
I would like to ask the user a question, to which they must answer Yes or No. How do I do this without referring to a database? (as the Word doc will be emailed between users outside the organisation)

Sitution 2): TEXT FIELD
I have figured out how to define the dimensions of windows, how to set character limit, how to change the behaviour of entered text so that it will be multiline and wrap, and so the tab and enter keys work. Also found out through trial and error that text entered is like a curtain - if your window isn't big enough, more text inside the character limit simply drops down out of sight like a pair of curtains viewed from outside the house. I've figured out getting vertical scroll bars - this is really helpful when looking at the document on the computer, BUT vertical scrollbars onscreen are not printing. I've found that when you have enabled tab and enter key behaviour, as well as wrapping, its really tricky to match character limit to window size, since enters are counted as a character so its easy in few characters to dip down out of sight.

Can anyone help with advice on:
2.1) How do I get the window Height to expand with text entered?
2.2) How do I get the printed version to show all the entered text up to the character limit, rather than hide text extending beyond the window size?

Many thanks!
