Textboxes saving to Excel when clicking on a button

Hi All,
How can I save a textbox text to a cell in Excel when I have clicked on a Save Button?

Try the following ...
With textbox - txt1, command button - cmdsave:

Option Explicit

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Private Sub cmdsave_Click()
  2.     Cells(8, 9).Value = txt1.Text '/Choose your own cells
  3.     txt1.Text = ""
  4. End Sub
I have assumed above that you are working with Excel and not VB. If you are trying to transfer from VB to Excel then visit this link.

NO, i want to let the user type numbers into textboxes on my VB program, and then click on a Save Button to save everything that was typed in the textboxes to a new excel workbook.? not when the user types stuff into excel, that it must show on the VB program!

@MafiaManA, the link that Flinty posted shows you how to do that. Or gets you 99% of the way there anyways.
