Fetching the data from access to excel

Can any one please help me developing the tool.

I have the data in access which I will load every month. My query is I want excel to run as front end and access as back end.. As data grows excel size would also grow.. So I want to keep it to access.

My issue is I would have so many lines which would be repeating. I want to have checkboxes or list fields in which only the unique records should come. And based on those selections the other checkboxes should get updated.

For example in the first checkbox different types of hotel. In which I can have a option of selecting one or all. Based on these selections other checkboxes should get updated with the selection.

Can any one please help me giving an idea.

Thanks

I see you're not getting a response here. In my opinion, you'd get more help on this by posting it again in the Access/VBA area of Bytes.
