Import 2 worksheet from excel to access

1
Hello experts!

I have a form with "Export Project List" button.

I have an Excel name Project List with 2 worksheets Sheet 1 and Sheet 2.

I need to figure out how write my VBA code that when I click from the "Export Porject List" button, access will
import the 2 sheets from Excel to Access table.

And since I have to worksheets from my excel I need that access will save 2 tables in access with tbl name Sheet_1and Sheet_2.

Can this be possible in access, can anyone show me what my codes are.

I am not a programmer and not familiar with the codes.

Please see my attachment for further clarifications.

thanks in advance,
