Active Form With Hotkey

i'am now making this small app, in vb
my question is
"how can i able to make a form active even it's minimized"
Example: this app is like if i press 1 it will automaticaly press the numpad7 button, but my point is. this form is active when its maximized,i need it minimized and if i press the hotkey it will response. please do help me to find a way to solve this problem.

I think you'll have trouble getting help with this one, as it sounds suspiciously like a keylogger. Not a popular subject.
