Visual .net 2005 and Crystal reports XI sp2

Hi

I have many programs that I have created in visual basic in .net and using crystal reports. When I am in visual studio the programs run perfectly but as soon as I deplay them then the software runs until I print. It asks me for the printer and it does print what I ask then it tells me that the program has stopped. even if I run the .exe on the machine where I have crystal and ,net installed...... I can only run the programs in vb.net. I am sure something is being missed in the deplyment but cannot see it. They work on xp machines but not windows 7 32 bit
