How the project in vb2008 express edition can made executable file?

I am new in vb2008 express edition, I created a project which database is access2007 through import database. How these project will be made executable, because i can't see a make executable file option unlike in vb6.

If the project is simple enough (doesn't have external libraries or prerrequisites) when you BUILD it, you can go to the bin or the obj archive to see the EXE file and use it ouside the project.

If it's a little bit more complex, use the PUBLISH options.
