How to detect a conflict on class schedule?

hello...

Please help me trap a conflict on my class schedule...

These are the records in my Course Offer table

Course Offer:
* Course_ID
* Instructor
* Room
* Day
* StartTime
* EndTime

This should prompt a conflict and the new entry shouldn't be added.
