How to save data in a form?

I'm creating a form that allows the user to upload photos, write a description in a rich textbox, input dates of completion, name of project, and expected date of completion. The problem is I have the slightest idea of how to use the save function to get it to save all of the data that is being entered by the use. I also want them to be able to load the information as well. Thanks for you help in advance..
