registering dll and ocx files?

I used the ARbutton.ocx in my computer to develop a project. I created it and it works in my computer successfully. I executed it and copied it to my friend's computer and it showed some errors. I registered the ARbutton.ocx file in his computer and the first problem is solved. But still it need some more files to be registered in his computer to work my program successfully. I used a .mdb database file in my project. Is it needed to register any of the dll or ocx files to work the database correctly? Which are the ocx or dll files to register? Can you give a list of all dll/ocx files to register in another computer to work my program successfully. And is there any way to register all those files in the another computer automatically while copying the program or installing the program? Any kind of good and free setup/install creators??

I have another question also. I use some special fonts for my project. Is there any free setup/install file creators give provision to automatically 'install fonts'? (and install/register ocx/dll files)

Please help

In VB6 there is a program to package Your program for distribution (all OCX's and needed files will be included).
Program: Package and Deployment Wizard
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VB98\Wizards\PDWizard\PDCMDLN.EXE"
