Which is better the FSO(FileSystemObject) or Open File for reading/editing txt files?

I keep seeing both ways for dealing with text files and want to know which is better. I personally like to use the FSO becase it is easier for me to read. If anyone has any insight to this I'd like to know it.

Thanks,
