How to register this dll

I had download a trial application from

http://www.skin-soft.co.uk/Products/.../Overview.aspx

I got a dll named "skinsoft.vistaskin.dll" , now when i try to register it i got an error

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. "d:\skinsoft.vistaskin.dll was loaded, but the DLLRegiesterServer entry point was not foun.
  2.  
  3. The file cannot be registered."
Searching from net , i discovered that i have to use regasm.exe to register file I had donwload .net framework 3 but when i click regasm.exe , its shows me a command prompt starting then suddenly its disappers , so there is no way i can do any thing in it.

Please help me how i can register this dll?

Please note that i had install vb6 and .net frame work 3 in my computer nothing else?

I'm betting you need to use it like regedit.exe in that you should be able to type in regasm.exe ? or help to get its command line switches but this search of M$ might help you also...
