Try this, it will loop through your sheet until column D has no value:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. 'Sets the selected cell = D2, use 1 if you don't have a header row
  2. ActiveCell.Offset(2 - ActiveCell.Row, 4 - ActiveCell.Column).Select
  3.
  4. Do Until ActiveCell.Value = ""
  5.
  6.     If ActiveCell.Value = "X" Then
  7.
  8.         ActiveCell.Offset(0, -3).Select
  9.
  10.         'Empty is Null in Excel VBA
  11.         If ActiveCell.Value = Empty Or ActiveCell.Value = "" Then
  12.
  13.             MsgBox "None!"
  14.
  15.         End If
  16.
  17.         ActiveCell.Offset(0, 3).Select
  18.
  19.     End If
  20.
  21.     ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select
  22.
  23. Loop
  24.
