How to open VB application under User Login

I'm trying to install an application developed in VB in Windows-2000.
Its installed & working under Administrator.
But when this application is not appearing in Start menu group under user login.
When I located the exe file under the path , i.e. C:\Program Files\...
its not working.

What to do...?


Hope I will get reply as soon as possible.

Are you sure the application is not installed for the admin user only ?
