ActiveX DLL digital clock

Hi all, I want to make a digital clock in ActiveX DLL... any components ofr that?
As such in VB we have to use all in-built tools...
How do we add an AcitveX DLL in other VB applications?.. I checked many documents on google but all just explained regarding download thing..
I have done some programs in VB before but havent worked with AciveX...

We have to select ActiveX DLL and add a form in it, so we use that DLL in the same form.

Why do you need to add an ActiveX dll. You can make digital clocks perfectly using the standard VB controls. Whats so special about this dll?

If you need to add any additional dll's to your VB app the you just click on Project\References.., find your dll and make sure it lists without errors then click Ok. If there are errors while adding the dll then it probably isn't registered,

What you have been told to use this dll rather than making your own digital clock? Whats the name of this dll?

Ok if you only want to select this ActiveX dll to use in your project then open your project and select Project\References... find your the dll. If it shows an error once selected this normally means the dll isn't registered. You would have to register it with regsvr32.exe. Once its added to the list of references then you can code it. If its a dll that is in the Win\Sys folder then you shouldn't need to set it in References.

Ofcourse there is no ready-made DLL for this purpose!.. First we have add it and then make it.

There is no alredy made DLL ; we have to make it by ourselves and then add it.
