Download a File Without it going to TIF

Ok I am using Visual Basic 6 to download a file everytime it starts, but, the file normaly gets changed slightly between the time I start the program, but when i use the InternetGetFile function it downloads the file then saves it to Temporary Internet Files, so the next time I try to InternetGetFile it gets the file from the Temporary Internet File copy of it and not from the internet therefore, it dosn't get the update, the file is 125kb very small and when it updates it stays just about the same size.
So, Is there a way to download this file, without it going into the Temporary Internet Files folder?

Thanks
