Converting Real number to IEEE 32 bit system

I'm trying to convert a number inputted as

1.25 * 2 (to power of 13) for example

to IEEE 32 bit system

an example output would be 0 10001100 11001000000000000000000

But the code is too far beyond my programming ability. Help please

Does this mean you ahve te code written? You're just having problem with it! Please post it, you may get better luck that way, you know, with folks always passing by-)
