Cross tab Crystal report last 12 month column dynamically

Hi,
i want to create a cross tab report in vs 2005+sql server 2000.

My table name is "RepMonthlySales" having Columns
(RepCode,repname,Accntref,AccntName,Qty, Year, MonthName,Sales )

From my UI i will give give todays date it will filter data thismonth+11 month before
Ex : if i select 13/11/2008 then range will (1/12/2007- 13/11/2008)
my cross tab report column(MonthName) should start from Dec 2007, jan 2008........Nov 2008.

can any one help me to solve the problem.
