Setting visiblity in MS Excel Form Controls

1
Hi
I'm trying to get on checkbox to control the visiblity of another based on whether the first control is checked. It should be a simple IF statement but I am not sure of the properies involved and unfortunately do not have a suitable VBA book.

Hopefully this should be a fairly simple solution

Thanks for any help
