Load event after unload event..

I'm working on a project and its in the final stage.
the problem that keeps me from completing the project is the form does not unload properly.
when i debugged i found that the program flow after the form's unload event passes to the form's load event and the form keeps on running..
Does anyone know why this happens and What do i do now?
