Sort database

Hello, now i have a database with two columns, time and name. I need the time and the name to stay with each other, but get resorted in the numbers ascending order. For example:

Time: Name:
12.65 Fred Button
13.23 Adrian Middleton
10.45 Alan Deathly
4.3 Joe Breaker

Now, the numbers have to stay with the names, but have to be sorted so the end result would be this:

Time: Name:
4.3 Joe Breaker
10.45 Alan Deathly
12.65 Fred Button
13.23 Adrian Middleton

Any help appreciated!
