Search database specifics in VB 2005

Hi to you all
can any one help me please i am trying to make a simple task and i need you help please i am making a programme for my self using visul basic 2005 in wich i can add a clients details using a access my question is this
how can i retrive those details by simply a textbox to wright the name and a button to execute the search
it would help a lot if any one can guide step by step
