is there no one that knows how to do flags or have any understanding about them or a link of how to use them in a code?

well in a previous posting that SmartChap answered, he mentioned using a flag from what some of surfing on the web they use it like a yes/no or boolean in there code. in one of my previous questions i have a piece of code where i don't want a certain msgbox to show until all of the textboxes have been entered.
the question is called "Flags"
