What is an embedded file ?

Once the exe is created ,it is an executable .

You can't find out the source language.

Hey Debasisdas... I think it is poossible nowadays to produce the source code.... However... knowing Source code wouldn't really help you identify a virus

Ali ....i dont think you need to go as far as creating your own antivirus......
just use a traditional one...

P.s: Most viruses are found in .txt files

NONONONO.......
I m not actually creating an antivirus. I m creating a desktop shell application.and i m putting security in it, my security centre will check the files either they are alone or embedded with some other file. to warn the user.

This is the actuall problem.
Second there are a lot of viruses which cannot be detected by formal antiviruses. Most of them are embedded viruses and if the av detected it cant delete the virus it corrupted the original file to. For example runouce.exe virus embed itself with exe files. When you start scan the avs detect it but they also corrupted the original exe files.

You cannot get exact code but you can get the system flow report of that exe.
