how we extract date part from datetime value

Hi
i want to extract the date part from datetime value i use this coding in load event of form
DTPPicker1=now
DTPPicker2=now
after this i only want the date part from this DTPPicker1 and DTPPicker2
how is it possible

Try this :

Text1.Text = Format(DtPicker1.Value,"dd-mm-yyyy")
