Yes, I'm afraid the expression "didn't work" is rather overused, and doesn't tell us anything helpful. Imagine trying to get a doctor to diagnose a problem by explaining to them them that you're "not so good".

By the way, what is "a visdata"? Isn't that the name of the little generic database maintenance program that comes with VB.
