Excel Events Database spreadsheet to Excel Calendar

1
Hi All,

I have a spreadsheet that is basically a list of events with start and end date, country, location and business unit organising the event.

Instead of copying each and every event into a excel calendar (for the format I could imagine the calendar to look like the example on:
http://www.vertex42.com/ExcelTemplates/excel-calendar-template.html)

I would like to automatically parse the spreadsheet data and publish it in the calendar so that for example 3 day events will be displayed on the 3 days in the calendar, also I will need to make a visual distinction between the country and the division that is organising the event.

I know it is possible, but I really can't get anywhere near a solution. Would be very greatful for any help or pointing into the right direction.

Thanks in advance!!!
