New to the programming world

Sir
This is sujit bhattacharya a novice in the progamming. however I have started with some project in VB6 with Access. Now the problem I'm facing is

1. I hae two tables in my database, 1. Employee( the master Employee file) and the Salary master ( by the name of Sal_mast).
What I want is that the data in the field of " Employee_id" which is there in the Employee master file should get copied in the column or the Field Employee_code in Salay master.

what to do Pls guide me

I'm using ADODC connection

Regards

Sujit
