multiple copies of the same form

I'm trying to make a class mod where i can have multiple copies of one form. this is what i have so far.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Public PCForm As New frmPC, strName As String
  2. Private Sub Class_Initialize()
  3. Set PCForm = New frmPC
  4. Load PCForm
  5. PCForm.Show
  6. PCForm.txtPCName.Text = strName
  7. End Sub
  8.  
  9. Private Sub Class_Terminate()
  10. Set PCForm = Nothing
  11. End Sub
  12.  
any suggestions?
