I need a VB in Excel to find the data in one excel and gets in anoter excel

Hello everybody!

I need your valuable help to get an excel data in another excel.
I am new in excel and in VB also. I have a problem to find data in one sheet with the loop and get in another sheet. Please tell me from the stating.

Please help me ASAP. I need your help very soon.
