Archive database

hi,
I developed PoP application using Access2003 and VB6. Company keeps data in the database for maximum of two years. I don't know anything about data archieving can someone help me in that. Is this a right forum to post my question?

I want to archieve data may be to move it somewhere else. Not sure though. Thats my question what to do with data. But compnay don't keep record after two years thats what I have been told.

You can keep a copy of the database file and delete the old data.

I think the Access forum would be a more appropriate place for this question, as the programming language involved is secondary to deciding on the business's archiving policy and how the database will implement that.
