SnapShots in vb.net

I had created a Form. On it I place one Panel and one Button.
Form background color is Blue
Panel background color is Yellow &
fom transparency color is yellow

With the above settings wherever the Form will move the screen behind the Panel will be visible, because of transparent layer. Now I want to do such a coding on the click event of a button that the sreen which is visible behind the Panel should be captured in the panel.

Which code should I implement.
Please help.

For capturing (part of) the screen, look up information on creating a screen saver in VB. Grabbing a copy of the entire screen is usually the first thing a screen saver does.
