Blocking a particular machine from accessing my machine.

I want to block a perticular machine from accessing my machine..
Both the machines are in LAN..
I dont want a perticular machine to access my computer
How can i achieve this...
I want to do this using VB.Net
Any idea....

If you wanted to do this in VB.Net, then wouldn't it make sense for you to have posted this question in the VB forum instead of the Software Development forum?

This sounds like a job for your firewall software, not VB.

Oh, and the word is particular. I'll correct the title.
