ive have been wondering how you can get a total from a datagrid either in a textbox or a label on the form. somewhere

how you can get a total from a datagrid either in a textbox or a label on the form.
Are you using vb6 or later?
You can use SQl to do this i believe....

hey daniel,

yes i am using vb6 si how can i use SQL for this i have only used it i think once or tried to anyway but never got it to work. and where do i put this SQL behind the form or textbox or label.

you need to dynamicalls frame 2 queries .

one for populating the grid and the other for the total.
