Dynamic report Run time error '-2147217904'(80040e10)

I am using access database as my back-end and Visual basics 6.0 as my front-end.my application must generate dynamic reports and i have tried using the article by Farhana but the during execution they is a run time error, also from his code i don't understand the use of strTo and strFrom?

Please help

Note, in general, it seems to be that this error is usually due to something like the following in your SQL query...
  • Simply leaving out a required parameter
  • Mis-spelled field name
  • Mis-spelled parameter name
  • Missing [square brackets] around a field/parameter name which includes a space
  • Incorrect delimiters (such as " instead of ' )
  • Using the wrong query name
  • Using delimiters around a numeric value, or failing to use them around a string value
  • Not sure what else, but something which causes the SQL database engine to see you query string as missing a parameter
