I'm going to close this thread, as it's just a re-post of the
earlier one, which contained much more detail.
Trust me, repeating the question won't produce a faster answer. When you're dealing with people all over the world volunteering whatever time they can spare, it sometimes takes a while to get answers.
If you go to one of the forums where they charge money to answer your questions, I expect you can get a quicker response.
