Hi everyone
I have a datareport "AccountStatement" that prints report for a particular vendor when I select Vendor's ID.
I can't get what I should do if I want to print accountStatement for all customers.
Please help me figure this out.
Thanks in advance

To tell you the truth, I am not sure how this can be handled. Though report examples have already been posted here, fetch through the pages, see what you have. A certain report I know of grabs everything on Form_Load. My guess, and this is just a guess, you may be able to set it up to grab/read from a query which you have previously set up in your access database to reflect just the data you need, namely Customers only, as one example.

I have not tried many instances of reports through VB, perhaps there is a way to when you fire a button, it grabs a certain report, which in this case you would not have it in Form_Load but you'd set it up on demand, only when button is pushed should datareport load inVB.

How 'bout that? Try it!

In a bit:-)

absolutely, you're welcome:-)

Feels good doesn't it, to have found a solution?

I was actually coming over to report, just in case it's of any use in the future anyway, that we can surely add DataReport1, 2, and so on, DataEnvironment1, 2, etc... to fire additional instances of specific reports. I tried it, seems to have no issues.

Have a wonderful week-end, creative1;-)
