Hi Guys,
Sorry, I'm a bit dim here but can anyone advise on the following?
I'm looking at writing a VB script from Excel that opens a particular web page, logs in, selects a particular link and then enters information from a range of cells into a form on the last web page.
I've googled and used the small bits and pieces of VBA I've picked up in the past to sort most of this, but I've hit a problem. After login, the remaining pages are written in Javascript and I'm having trouble working out how to enter the information on the page (I can enter a login and password etc on an standard html page no worries using lines like "IeApp.Document.All("duser").Value = Strusername"). I can see anywhere on the javascript source code the names of forms like you would see in html (And I guess that's normal).
Is there any way to automatically enter information from Excel into forms on a Javascript page?
If not, then I may have another idea. The format of the page will always be the same so can I break the Excel Macro down into simple instructions like "Bring the web page to front, tab the cursor 5 times, paste, tab the cursor 3 times, click the button". Is this possible?
Thanks for any advise you can give guys, appreciated.
