Time calculations in VB

Hello everyone!

I am new to this community. I am developing a software for Internet cafes. I encountered a problem while summing up total time used by several users. I have stated my problem here:

When we add 00:28:02 with 00:11:02 the answer should be = 00:39.04 but it shows 12:39:04. I need only 00:39:04. Hi, guys can anyone help me out please???

The code I used to get this answer is

tmUsd = Format(tmUsd + tm, "Hh:mm:ss")

tmUsd is the variable I use to hold the sum of times.
tm is for getting the time used by a particular user and it is added with tmUsd to get the sum.

I dont know how to find my answer here. If you can, and if you dont mind will you please send me answer to <Removed>

I think you're getting your actual time values mixed up with your formatted (string) values. You should work entirely with Date variables (or Time if there is such a beast) and only use Format for display purposes.
