Problem in connecting MS SQL server with Visual Basic 6 on window XP

I am having a Problem in connecting MS SQL server with Visual Basic 6 on window XP. I have a project made in VB using MS SQL server as database, Now when I tryed to run it its showing run time

" Run time error -2147467259 (80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified"

I am running with MS SQL Server 2000. Can anybody tell me procedure to connect SQL Server with VB via ODBC. (found in control pannel on windows)....
