clever spreadsheet!

Hello everybody,
I was hoping to get some help with some visual basic work as Im a bit of a rookie! I need to get a form with 5 or so numeric fields that when submitted will fill these numbers into a spreadsheet, in consecutive columns on each submission.

Once these numbers have been put into the spreadsheet on submission I need them to be locked from the user, I guess I can specify write only and no option to edit?

Once this is done I need the spreadsheet to update some graphs with the new values.

any suggestions guys?? Id really appreciate some help!!
Craig
