school course allocating system.

Hi
I would like to develop a system that will offer courses to students in an organization that enroll students in three levels that is, Diploma level, certificate level and artisans.The organization enroll students who might have same qualification but only cluster subjects might be different, only one student is entitle to one course.In diploma classes there are six disciplines,craft eighth artisan ten. Guide me on how to achieve this system using visual basic 6.0.
