Sending data to serial port

I am trying to send three bit patterns to the serial port,
1st bitpattern -> one out of 16 radio buttons(0-F in hexa)
2nd bit pattern -> one out of 16 check boxes (0-F in hexa)
3rd bit pattern -> b'01011001' or b'01011010' (selected from two check boxes)
There must be a 1ms delay between each bit stream.
Need help with this soon as possible.

Thanks

You haven't told us what problem you're having. Or what version of VB you're using.
