Getting the values into the grid?

hi,
iam ankan
i am programmibng in vb6.0.
i am facing a problem i wanted the my sql query(" select * from account")
which contains 6 columns.
currently it showing the all records .

But i wanted the user could see only a four value that is
column no 2,3,5,6 and thier column width & row width is decided by me in the code .
and same i have to implement in REFaccount which is same to the Account Table ?

kindly guide me that how could i implement it with the example through code or by a function .

Hi,

ur Sql query should be :
"Select FldName2,FldName3, FldName6 From Account"
In above replace with ur actual field Name:

To Change Column width of the Column :
Grd.ColWidth(2) = 1200

To Change Row Height :
Grd.RowHeight(1) = 300
