problem with my graph

Dear sir.. I am new in VB6. I need help in my program. I am using VB6 trying to develop a GUI that can load data from Excel into msflexgrid. After loading my data into msflexgrid I need to plot it in a bar graph. I have a problem with my graph. Since I need to read the maximum value from my excel data and then the maximum value is then plotted into the graph, how need I program my GUI so that it can choose maximum value from the data in my msflexgrid and then plot it in mschart? Please help me.
