Problem in Package and Development Wizard and Setup of Project

I created setup for my project by package and development wizard. when I run setup to install software . I get file inuse error for follwoing error. I ignore to install the software. what I should do in order to avaoid this error. Previously, I tried to delete paths of these files in setup.lst file.Second problem is setup does not copy database at destination. I manually do that. Any suggestions please

scrrn.dll
msjro.dll
uxtheme.dll
msimg32.dll
pop.exe ..... that is name of my software, may tis erro is because I have old version installed in PC. However it was in executing at the time of installation

I created setup for my project by package and development wizard............
Close all your VB (better all) application and then run your Instalation.
