Is this even possible? Visual Basic loading vars from ASP

P: 2
Hey Guys,

I have a problem which has been driving me crazy for the last days.
I'm working on a small project involving:

Visual Basic
Acces Database
ASP
and adobe/macromedia Flash,

I have some raw input by a circuit board into my pc. I use visual basic to control this circuit board. I have some digital outputs and digital inputs on this.

All the data that comes in from the circuit board is going trough visual basic and into an acces database.

In flash I open the access database using an ASP page.
Also saving from flash to the access database is handled trough an ASP page.

When I'm saving variables to my database and want visual basic to pick these up it works only half of the time. Personally I believe that the problem lies in the fact that visual basic opens the database each time to check the records and now and then flash is trying to save data at the same time.

My question; is it possible to save and get variables from the database into visualbasic using an ASP page?

If so, any examples?

Thanks,

Ron
