Hello
I want to bind my images to a database or in a single file so that no one can access these images. how to do this

Hi,

Store them in the Database with field type = "OLE Object". Not a very good Idea, but, other users cannot Access these Images..

If you're only after protecting the images from being viewed by another user, you can use the built-in function in Windows to password-protect a folder. It would probably be easier to do, and easier to maintain, than moving all images into a database...

But someone can get them by accessing database. I want to do something like when programe needs an image it first copies the image into temp directory and then retrieve image from there.Like merging all images into one image and then retrive parts from there. could it be possible.
Afterall your idea is good, and looking convinient. ill try.

U can use a "Password Protected" mdb database, Every one cant open it...

Yeah it sounds great and i think it will work a lot but will vb6 can fetch data from protected database?
