how to insert an .Tiff image in form

i have a problem in visual basic...............
i want to upload a .tiff file in my form using vb and i am not able to do it..............
i am not getting any hint from my side please if anyone can help me..............

ok since you haven't specified i'll say your using VB.net (not that it matters)

and you want to put a .tif image in your form

well i had the same problem with a .tif.

i have PhotoImpact at home and it has a feature that allows you to convert any image format to any other image format. i think you need something like that.

If you are using VB6 or VB2005, you may be able to find a conponents, just go inside Project\conponents...\"Control" tab, from the list select "preview 1.0 type library". This is the basice type of windows "fax and picture preview" program. This icon will be shown on your VB tool box and you can put it on your form.

The way to use this preview object to show tif file is:
-Preview1.ShowFile "path\filename.tif", 1-
